National Correspondent

Jessie Cohen is a national correspondent for Scripps News, meaning she finds, shoots, writes, edits and reports on stories of every topic. She feels extremely fortunate to get to travel this country and tell meaningful, important stories that can make a difference in communities nationwide. Since graduating from the University of Maryland in 2017, Jessie worked at local news stations in Fargo, North Dakota and Louisville, Kentucky before moving to Denver, Colorado to work for the Scripps National team. When she's not storytelling, you can find her whipping up a charcuterie board, skiing, snuggling with her pup or listening to show tunes.
